Japanese style fried rice with deep umami of soy sauce and bold flavor of seaweed! Can be made to your like by using ingredients you prefer.

Roasted pork fillet100g

Salad oil2 table spoons

    Cut roasted pork fillet in 1cm blocks and mince Japanese leek.

    Beat egg.
