GOHANDESUYO2 tablespoons

GOHANDESUYO is made from boiling seaweed with extracts of scallop and bonito, it is great substitute of fumet de poisson.

    Heat olive oil on a frying pan and fry sliced garlic and red pepper until you can smell their scent.

    Add clams to <1> and put lid. Cook until the clams' shell open and remove the clams from the frying pan.

    Add rice without washing it in <2> and fry them. Add GOHANDESUYO and cook with medium heat for 5 minutes, then put lid over the frying pan and cook for 10 minutes.
