Rice1 cup
Vinegar1 tablespoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Salmon (one piece)140g
KIMUCHINOMOTO1 1/2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Dried seaweed laver1
White sesame6 tablespoons


Adjust the amount of kimchee mayonnaise to your liking.

How to make

    Mix rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt to make vinegared rice.Mix KIMUCHINOMOTO and mayonnaise to make kimchee mayonnaise.Cut salmon in two long slices. Cut avocado in 1cm width. Cut dried seaweed laver in half.

    Place plastic warp on rolling mat and place vinegared rice evenly, place dried seaweed laver on it so it exceeds the rice by 1cm from the near and further side.

    Place salmon and avocado on the center and then place kimchee mayonnaise in <1>.Fold from the near side to the further side with both edges of the vinegared rice to match.
    Roll tightly with both hands upwards to make clean shape.
    Repeat steps (<2> to <3>) and make two roles. Season with white sesame and cut in sizes of your liking.
