Ingredients (2 servings):
Rice1 cup
Vinegar1 tablespoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Tuna (one piece)140g
KIMUCHINOMOTO1 1/2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Dried seaweed laver2


Adjust the amount of kimchee mayonnaise to your liking.

How to make

    Mix rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt to make vinegared rice.Mix KIMUCHINOMOTO and mayonnaise to make kimchee mayonnaise.Cut tuna in two long slices. Cut avocado in 1cm width.

    Place dried seaweed laver on rolling mat and place vinegared rice evenly on it with leaving 2cm of the further side of the seaweed laver kept open.

    Place tuna and avocado on the center and then place kimchee mayonnaise in <1>.
    Fold from the near side to the further side with both edges of the vinegared rice to match.Roll tightly with both hands upwards to make clean shape.
    Repeat steps (<2> to <3>) to make two rolls and cut to the sizes of your liking.
